I've been slacking so much lately I haven't been to the gym in a couple of weeks

longest period for me in a couple years. Just been busy with work then I cut up my feet and hands at the beach ( me being stupid ) so hopefully this weekend I'll be healed up and get back to it.

I'm finally back at it again, I was getting way too thin, weak, and out of shape. I don't have a proper routine yet, just getting in there when I can for the last month or so...the hardest part I always find is eating properly, and doing it consistently. Just my two cents, since I haven't posted in ages

Screw a diet when i used to workout i never changed my diet and lost 10 lbs with 3% bodyfat.I "was" in great shape and now i'm about 20-30 lbs heavier than then.After the wedding i will be buying a bench and jogging with her and hopefully eating healthier since i cant cook for shit.

I cancelled my gym membership last week. I'm going to try to just run and work out at home with my free weights and bench. I don't know if this was a good idea or not.
