Yes, we need pictures. I've swapped over 5 SC's, and I think you got the golden egg of 1JZ's from my knowledge. That connector is for the upgraded luxury edition 2.5 GT, it plugs into the body harness right next to the ignitor along the top fender to help run it's upgraded cluster and other diagnostic features. In my 4 years of messing with 1JZ's you're the 2nd person I've ever heard of that got one of those. Unfortuantly, we don't have that plug on the SC300. I will need pics of said plug and where it is on the harness to verify, but it looks like you'll be sending Toyota $750 for a new base model 2.5 GT-T harness and AutoSport $200 for the plug in extender to not ruin a new harness.
