ok that was funny as hell. i see cops do that all the time here in Lakeland, and they will turn their lights on just to get through a stop light. they abuse their power and it is not necessary. they guy did a good thing by filming it but he should have done just that, he could have gotten in a lot of trouble just trying to prove who it was and give him a few words. all he needed was the car number and he could have called it in and sent them the tape.
